100% Pure makes this organic pineapple body scrub. I need it. I’ve been using The Body Shop’s Passion Fruit Body Butter and it fucking smells like pineapples. I swear to God, if that shit was yellow you’d smell it and say, “Oh shit. That’s pineapple!”
We all know your basic 3 body care steps are to cleanse, scrub, moisturize! and all I was missing was the exfoliator. I go to order the scrub and the bitch is gone.
For days of test driving the body butter, I needed my pineapple fix. I didn’t know what to do.I’m such a fiend.I researched other companies that offered a pineapple scrub (some were facial, other’s were eerie). Women’s Health even mentioned how to make your own scrub. Make… your own scrub…?!
DAS IT! I can make my own shit, yo! *bbm dance emoticon*
The magazine featured a DIY scrub similar in formula to 100% Pure’s. So, all I needed was MY own formula.
I’m not gonna tell you exactly what I did… But I WILL say,with bromelain (a fruit enzyme) to naturally exfoliate and nature’s most richest form of vitamin C to brighten; you’ll be glowing in no time. Cheesy right?
This was just a quick fix. I enjoyed the scrub for the excitement value. The perfume oil I used to “sweeten the deal” made it too vanilla-y. And there’s no fun in picking flowers out ya ass, and fruit from ya toes. Ya feel me?
But, I did laugh while doing it. In fact, I was glowing with excitement; 100% pure Happiness.
